The Boston Countdown to College workshop exceeded the participants’ expectations by an order of magnitude! Families found answers to questions like: How do I optimize the opportunities for the sibling of a severely handicapped child, when the handicap requires so much time and attention? and how do I represent an unusual lifestyle to focus on the positives to a college admissions officer? Not only did they find answers, but they found encouragement and inspiration as well.
